I can't open this app on my 6s. I've downloaded itand it's on my phone but I can't open it and I can't remove it. I've restarted the phone and rebooted my phone but nothing works. This is ridiculous, I'm going to have to make an Apple appointment to see about fixing an app?

I been using this app for long time now. But whenever there is new update it keeps crashing on my one account and on the other hand it works perfectly ok on other account with similar files. I'm so use to this app but it's annoying now. Google team if are reading this review please help me.
