Easy to use even for an old man like me. It has been reliable and efficient and flexible for all our needs in meeting as a non profit with clients and associates. It was a wonder during the pandemic and I have decided not to return to the old brick and mortar meeting format which we used previously. Thank you Zoom.

The Android version has a calendar icon to insert a date fast. Why not in iOS? That’s not fair

The app version doesn’t have all the features the online version have, and they discriminate against apple users.
No good for ipad.

Trying to use it on ipad but some really basic text edit features of sheets are nonexistent in the app for ipad rendering it unuseable.
They made me download the app

Instead of letting me use the mobile web version (which Google prioritizes as important for SEO purposes), it forced me to download the app if I wanted to engage with it on my phone. Very duplicative and poor user experience. I literally downloaded the app for 5 seconds to make a response, only to delete it again.
