The new app is to confusing and difficult to send & received money. sometimes simple is Good. Live the first version of google pay.

I gave this old app 5 stars after deleting the new app , I tried to send money on the new app for over 6 hours before the new app switched me back to the old app , the person who I was sending money to has had there cell number changed a few times so I didn’t want to use a number , it would not let me put the email added on it , I tried to put the right phone number on it and it would NOT LET ME DO IT , I have sent money several other times through the old one and it would not let me do that either ! This app gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I’m giving your new app one ☝️ and none if I could ! Your programmers are better than that so send them a PS to copy and paste a few things from the old app and put them on the new app !

Great and quick way to transfer funds between banks if you have multiple google accounts. Faster than zelle without the “setup” required for zelle.

The original G-pay app works great with a user-friendly interface making money transfers easy and amazingly quick. The new app is terrible - please keep G-pay.

This old google pay app is the best I’ve been using It every winter when I leave Connecticut and Come to Florida. When i went to use it the other day I was told I Had to down load new app. I did and got NO WHERE!’!!! I spent all afternoon trying to get it to work To no avail! I tried every way possible to Get help that was a joke. I ENDED UP DELETING IT! I tried using the old app and it still was working that god! I’m not a computer wiz the Info from the old app should of been able to be automatically switched over, which it wasn’t! Also to hard to navigate I must have asked my Son to join about a dozen times because I Could get rid of that ! To do anything else! Also that plaid thing is stupid my bank didn’t know what I was talking about. They use Zeller but with old app I can still Send money as of now. Endless to say if it gets to the point I can’t use Old app you’ll lose my business.

We love everything about this old app. Used the new app and it was terrible. My kids say the same thing. I may switch to Apple Pay. How could you all make an app that is so terrible?

I love the ease of transactions. A simple request works well. Questionable transactions are not accepted and therefore a non-issue because money is simply returned from where it came. G-Pay is a life saver!
