Just lacking

Google Chat feels like it’s 4-5 years behind in features compared to other chat and team collaboration apps. Document sharing is very limited, no voice memos, no way to reply directly to past messages in thread, and the list goes on and on... As a G Suite admin for multiple organizations I cannot say with a straight face that this is a good chat app compared to what’s out there. I hope Google gets its act together before it’s too late. Collaboration chat options from others leave Google Chat implementation in the dust.

Useless if we can’t invite other team members outside of our organization google needs to run some study to see how companies use chat for communication.

This app will not allow me add an account for my actual google and will not allow me to uninstall my outlook account because it does not pair with it. Get it together.

Notifications don’t clear

Fix the notification bug!!!!!! Same issue as always! Notification always displays 1 even though there are no new messages! Have to log out and log in again to clear! Can you fix this for real?

You see, I heard some people it’s bad and mediocre, I didn’t believe them, I try signing in for the first time ever and then....” sorry your account doesn’t have access to this app try another account” I make a new one, same thing happens, and the reviews were last year, your telling me google, that you have a broken app and don’t even delete or even fix this app?? 0/10
