The best calendar for iOS

I've used Fantastical, Sunrise, Tempo, Outlook, and the native Apple calendar. I've used them all extensively. Google Calendar is doing all the right things best.
Can you please add a widget

I enjoy how easy it is to color code my events and such. I also find it great that it lets me add reminders. However I wish I could see an overview from my notification tab. Other apps have a widget that I can easily access from the notification tab, I would like to be able to do the same with Google Calendar. It would be faster and more efficient than having to open the app completely. Thank you
Pretty but not very functional

Very pretty design and layout. But you can't edit events or remove them using the app. Have to use desktop to do this...which is agonizing when the point of the app is to do it quickly on my phone. If there is a way, someone please tell!!

Fairly easy to get up and running. Easy to integrate multiple calendars. Could do better at recognizing phone numbers and supporting auto dial.
Needs month view

Needs a clean simple month view (like web google calendar), and more usable week view.
Notifications & Widget

I only use this out of necessity; however, the notifications don't work and there is no widget. That's ridiculous. Fix these elements, please!
