Subtask problem

Rachelle long

For the last couple weeks, my subtasks stopped resetting when completing the recurring task. Would be 5 stars if this worked right. Will play around with it some more and email about a fix before I decide to delete.

Great replacement for Reminders & Calendar

photoneffect

If you want an app that adds power to your reminders, gives you a way to view your reminders and calendar events in one place, AND uses iCloud for the data instead of an entirely different system this is the app for you. Highly customizable and very easy to use.

An essential to keep life under control ❣️

GoodTask 3 is already a critical component in my productivity workflow and it just keeps on getting better. ? The new color picker and ability to set the sort options for each list are fantastic enhancements. It’s worth EVERY penny to this Super User to be a supporter. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a some help to keep a busy life under control.

Worth every penny

This app makes Reminders function like it should have from the very beginning. Love it!

Best Task Manager Around

Michael Luna

Goodtask 3 is the most effective way to add tasks, get organized, and ACTUALLY GTD. I have to admit that I had a severe case of FOMO (fear of missing out) & FOBO (fear of better options) before confidently choosing Goodtask as my task manager. I have used every task manager under the sun and have stuck to Goodtask 3. It is the most intuitive task manager with rich features that are simple. I use this app with a GTD approach. I have an Inbox (as my default list and several smartlists with specified contexts). This app is unbelievably underrated and underpriced. I am getting the mac app then becoming a subscriber to support this amazing developer. ————- Feature suggestions: -The ability to create a project with subtasks that are treated as actual tasks. -Nag Alerts -Upload images, voice, and videos. -Actions: e.g. an action you can use to make a call, send an email, etc from the app (see 2do). -Starred/flagged tasks -If the developer can turn it into a project manager where each person sharing a list has a profile and can assign/be assigned tasks, make comments etc., this app will really stand out and make a ton of money. -A today widget like the 2do app. In their widget you can pick between your today list, starred tasks, and a list of your choice.

Great app! I use it all day, everyday.

I used to use another To Do app that I loved, but is now unsupported. Fortunately I found this one. It is very powerful and flexible. It would be nice to have a Nag setting for really important tasks that would periodically re-alert you until you completed the task. Also, I use the checklist option (subtasks) often (packing for trips, etc.) and it would be nice if when you check off an item it would move to the bottom or disappear so you only have the remaining items on top. But the app is great anyway!

Near perfect on iPhone X

Naquis Brabham

I had non stop issues on this app with my iPhone 7 Plus ever since upgrading to iOS 11 - for whatever reason. Constant freezing and quitting. But on the iPhone X it works perfect. One request! Please fix the quick actions to show in rows of 4’s like other devices! Right now my iPhone X only shows rows of 3’s which may seem small but makes it confusing for muscle memory using between devices. Thanks

Almost 5 stars

WhyItunes?

This app is what I’m looking for but it has some issues with Apple Watch. The app freezes and won’t restart or respond, when the app does work it doesn’t show all my upcoming events or reminders. I think this app could be great so I’m going to wait and see if there is an update before asking for my money back. If it gets fixed this is a 5 star app.

Superb

My top two productivity apps on iOS are Goodtask 3 (powerful and sophisticated) and BeepMe (quick and easy). Both help me organizer my life and my days. Cannot recommend these highly enough.
