Notification sounds not working

paglabagla

With no notification sounds this isn't worth a penny.

I wish it would re-remind you to do things.

This app has ALMOST everything to make it perfect. - It can sync with the Calender app. - It’s very easy to quickly add tasks. - The notification system is easy to use and can be set to repeat in an incredibly detailed and customized manner (for example, you can set a repeating reminder to do something every third Monday at 11:30 AM). - The app itself is aesthetically pleasing. There is a lot going for it, but there are missing features that need to be added. Other to-do apps will re-remind/nag you with another notification if you haven’t completed a task within a few hours of the time it’s due. For example, if you had something due at 10:00 AM, but it’s not been checked off by 3:00 PM, a new notification should be sent. Also, I wish it would add tasks to the tally shown in the red circle on the app icon IMMEDIATELY after an alert. Currently, you have to open the app to make incomplete tasks’ tally appear, and that kind of defeats the purpose, since it makes it easy to forget things if you don’t open the app immediately after you get the notification.

Badge app icon issue

Rod2526

Need to open the app every morning to get the number of tasks for the day to show up on the icon. Also needs repeating alerts such as Calengoo or 2Do. Pretty useless without these two features

Perfect Productivity App

1) they update often to keep it fresh 2) calendars and todos are a breeze 3) several view styles to fit your needs 4) clean and modern looking 5) not flash, gets the job done

Want to purchase, but...

I’m still doing the 14 day trial on this app, first few days, it worked great, but then every repeated tasks was moved to no due date, so I got no reminders when something was due. I reenter the due dates and times again, it worked for 2 days then back to the same thing. I reenter the dates again and this time I checked off repeat after completion, again it worked for 2 days then back again to no due date and now it doesn’t matter if I add a new task, repeated or not with a due date it just puts everything under no due date. What am I doing wrong? I want to purchase this but I don’t have time to keep reenter due dates on tasks, if I did I’d just use reminders.

Trial too short & Mac trial non existant

project_guru

How do you expect users to really test drive your app in 14 days? Even worse, the Mac version is $20 and has NO trial period at all. Seriously?

Great!

Everything the stock app should have been. My only development request is continuing focus on organization and documentation of settings. It took me a little learning curve to figure out what all of the settings did and where they were located. Thanks and keep up the great work. I’m happy to be a supporter. Money well spent.

I ❤️ This App!

I was using Wunderlist, but now that that app is going away, I need something new. I tried several other to task management apps before coming across GoodTask. Now of them fit the bill. GoodTask does. The app is clean, simple, and powerful. I love the fact it uses Apple’s own Reminders app for its foundation. This app handles everything I need from a task app. The developer is very friendly and responds quickly. Highly recommended.

Not syncing btw iPhone and MacBook Pro

frustratedin 2018

I loved the ap... but when it stops syncing it is no longer of value to me. I travel for a living and really don’t have time to stop and open MacBook every time I want to look at tasks b/c iPhone doesn’t update or sync. As soon as it works consistently I will give 5 stars b/c ever so briefly it worked perfectly.
