When the app works it’s great. I’ve been trying to order medication for 4 days and have called customer service 3 times. They couldn’t help me. So, be careful not to use the home delivery service on anything important because if the app is screwed up you won’t be able to order anything.

The prices they quote when you choose a pharmacy and the price you get when you walk in are quite different. What a PITA. Their “doctors” (prescription mill) for some reason aren’t covered by your insurance so you can’t use your insurance to pay for the meds either.
Goodrx will stop you from overpaying

When my dr prescribed something they knew wouldn’t be covered by insurance, they recommended this website. Medicine was $400 without coupon, $120 with coupon. I will be checking this from now on!

I hate to tell you but this is lies. Two of the medicines that I need are not even covered under the good RX.
