Needed help with the high cost of my inhaler. Pulled up Rx on my phone and got a substantial discount I was happy but my pharmacy wasn’t Rx saved me money just like they claimed they would. Kudos to Rx.
CAN’T SEEM TO CANCEL, KEEP GETTING BILLED!

I am very pleased with the regular app and the savings I’ve been able to achieve; however, I found that after signing up for GOLD Rx, I wasn’t saving anything, so I decided to drop the GOLD Rx portion of the app. I have contacted Good Rx twice by phone and spoken to representatives. Both reps assured me they would take care of my request and billing for the GOLD would be stopped. That was in August, 2021. A few days after Christmas I received my Visa bill and AGAIN there are charges in the amount of $9.99 for November AND December, 2021! I have just sent ANOTHER e-mail to Good Rx requesting that they STOP billing me for a service I don’t want and don’t have! My bank says I need “proof” of my efforts to stop service before they can refuse payment, so this review is part of that effort as is a copy of the e-mail I just sent to Customer Service at Good Rx (my third). Maybe this will get their attention — I sure hope so, because I don’t know what else to do. I just know I don’t have an endless amount of time (or money!) to keep asking them to fix the problem. My advice is to be SURE you really want it before you sign up for Gold Rx, because if my experience is anything to go by, you’ll be paying for the service for a LONG time, whether you want it or not!
