Getting there but not Perfect

On the things that matter: Selection: At times really nice, other times astonishing that they lack standard items. Delivery: Lacks precision in delivery timing and tracking. In 2018 on-demand everything this is no better than Webvan. Pricing: The premium on pricing is just that. Generally acceptable but at times exploitative. Especially for single/small items. Minimum purchase for free delivery: This has been the most frustrating aspect. With a draft order waiting for an item to be back in stock, I logged in today to find the minimum order fee was doubled from $35 to $70! There was no email or notification, just a switch without notice to a far higher price hurdle. Really poor form by good eggs. Seems like the customer-friendly Marketing messaging and Experience is a departure from the product itself.

I care a lot about what I eat, and before Good Eggs that would mean going to the Farmers Market and several different grocery stores to get good quality meat, produce and staples. With Good Eggs it's all in one place, giving me so much convenience and peace of mind knowing that I'm supporting local producers. The app now makes it even better.

It's great having a mobile app for good eggs, one of my favorite services. However you can't access your weeklies. So to update that, I still need to use Safari, and this page isn't mobile optimized. For now it seems easier to use Safari to access my weeklies and the items I add, instead of using the app for everything.

I have been a Food Eggs customer for a long time. Love the farm fresh food and amazing selection. I am so excited to have this app to order my favorite food more easily. This is a different world than Instacart - the food is much fresher, tastier, and better for you. And it supports local farmers in your area! The app itself is gorgeous - fast, nice pictures, easy to use.

This app makes buying groceries a beautiful experience. Easy to browse and search and love the fact you can add to your basket until 10pm and still get delivery next day. Absolutely love the photographs and bios of the local farms and vendors. It might be nice to see reviews for some of the food products.
