I can never get my analysis or drills to play. I called customer service and that was an awful experience. I’m done with lessons after this

Playback issues such as a black screen occur when watching videos. Only remedy is closing app and restarting, repeatedly. This is very annoying given the amount of money we invest in Golftec curriculum. Please investigate these bugs.

This app is abysmal. Videos rarely work and nd the last update was 11 months ago. Paying good money for my lessons and would love to watch my analysis videos on my phone but it’s impossible. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Developers should be embarrassed.

Too bad their website isn’t as good as golf instruction. So bad don’t know where to begin. You need to hire an experienced user experience person to bring this app into 2010’s.
Videos won’t load

This has been really disappointing. The videos of my swing and what to practice are the reason I shoes GT over a club instructor. If you can’t play the videos at the range, why go with GOLFTEC?
Videos don’t work within the app

Great instruction at Golftec but the app is sub-par. The video logs are the most important part but they don’t work in the app.
