Crashes and freezes.
The Jables
The app crashes every time I use it. The videos don’t play or freez so I can’t go over the lessons with my son. The golf lessons aren’t cheap and this app should work correctly. It’s a huge part of the program. Very disappointed.

This app crashes constantly when watching videos and reviewing lesson notes. Also crashes when trying to book a new appointment it seems. Please fix and update this app !

Will not play drills (both iphone and ipad apps). It freezes then then crashes. Pay a lot of money to Golftec and they need to fix their app or get rid of it.

Similar disappointing experience as other users have reported for months and months. The “GolfTec to Go” iOS app is broken. I paid a lot of money for a GolfTec lesson package and one of the major selling points is the alleged capability to use this app to review my swing coach’s video analysis of lessons and play video drills for swing improvement. As soon as video content is launched the app freezes and the player displays a black screen. Sometimes the app crashes, sometimes it doesn’t, but the highly touted GolfTec to Go is unusable from that point. The GolfTec facility is great, my swing coach is fantastic, but the app is a total waste of time.

Broken. Hardly works. Freezes. Crashes. Drills don’t open. Come on man! We, your customers, pay a lot for your “technology”. This app should be cutting edge, not the worst app on my new iPhone.

Unfortunately I have to echo the sentiments of many on here. The specific reason I choose GOLFTEC was to take the lesson information mobile and use it both at home and on the range. However, most if not all of the video content will not load or play. I was a big proponent of GT but as a golf course manager I can’t very well recommend them to others if the application doesn’t work.
App freezing then crashing

Signed up at GolfTec this evening, excited for the game improvement to come based on what my coach and I were able to see on video at the site. Hoping to now review the videos, analysis and drills, all I get is freezing videos and then a crashing App. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The whole concept behind GOLFTEC only delivers on half the promise if the App doesn’t work!
