I love the fact that you play against real people. It keeps things fresh and hard to predict.

I never download games on my phone because I get bored of them. I haven’t done so in 15yrs. This one tho - is the BEST

The new update in my opinion ruined the game. All the special balls pretty much got nerfed. The tuneless ball nerf from 7 to 9 elixir was a good change but the grenade ball and space ball nerf was not necessary. Accuracy got a buff which is a bit questionable but it was usually the least upgraded stat. The starting with elixir depending on your level I find very dumb and also unnecessary. Also making the emote screen and levels shown of your opponents smaller is just like why would you do that. Finally the good changes were you can reset stats and in tournaments or challenges if you get 3 losses you can pay 20 gems to get on extra life. But other than that the update pretty much sucked.

Minimizing names and badge banners for those who play that have eye handicaps is so wrong. They yanked the fun out of grenade balls and continue to situate themselves as a pay to play platform, yet give nothing in return for true aim when you do buy something with your winnings. There is no accuracy. Period. That part of the game is a fraud. Typical. Take something people like and go changing things, even esthetics, just because you can. The saying still holds true, “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.”

The game is lots of fun. Always plenty of people playing, cool level designs, quick and tactically interesting games. Most times. Sometimes it’s just people slamming their golf balls into each other and getting lucky. I wish it was easier to pick courses you want, and some of the power up balls will be useless or very frustrating in some instances (grenade ball is a real pain). But overall it’s excellent.
