Doesn’t work

Stuck in a vicious cycle of email login link that doesn’t open the app so I can never log in. Also people, THIS IS A PLACE TO REVIEW THE APP, NOT THE SHOW YOU SAW.

I purchased tickets which event warned will INLY be accepted in the app, constant errors in signing in will not allow me to access app. 2 hours back and forth with their customer service. Son coming from out of state. No solution and need to leave for event in one hour. Awful.

Kat was really wonderful! What a treat. Honestly, I had never heard of her and just felt like going to see live music and POW BANG suddenly something truly unique was upon me. I took my girlfriend for Valentines Day , she loved it too. Thank you Kat n Band!

We loved the set! We loved the staging! We loved the venue! And most of all, we LOVED the performances! The play was great fun and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously ???
Getting too “adult” oriented

I used to love Goldstar, but practically all I find now is strip shows and “adult” themed events. At least Institute a filter for those of us looking for a classy, clean night out. You are becoming very trashy.
Cancelled events and refunds

My event was cancelled because of the pandemic. Apparently, I will not receive a refund for the purchased tickets, only credit. The initial email about the cancellation notified me that I could choose either refund or credit. I chose refund. I do understand that it is important to support the arts at this time, but I really need the money to feed my family.

When events are cancelled because of the pandemic I requested a refund . I believe that my request is justified as it is not my fault that the shows were cancelled. They insisted that they cannot refund my money and just credit my account. I have to go through the credit card company to get charges reversed. I will avoid going through them the next time around.
Cant log in

Tells me I’m connected via fb and to log in with fb button but when I click log in it just keeps asking for my email and there is no fb button. Useless.
