Scheduling and Support Don’t Work

Trainer sent me an appointment but it didn’t show up. Tried to submit a support message but there is no “send” or “submit” feature. You can’t cancel either. Two stars is for the listing of clubs. Other than that, app serves no purpose.

This may be the worst app I have used in the past 5 years. The login does not really work with real email address. Has no functionality once you login. Literally just give up on the technology Gold's because this just is not cutting it.
Good, but not perfect

I would love in the future from this app to be able to add the bar code to the Wallet app in my iPhone for easy access specially from my Apple Watch.

Have tried multiple times to get this app to work. I have deleted and reinstalled at least twice. Read through all the FAQ. I have been a member of Gold’s for four years. No information aside from name and email is showing. There is no way to contact support. My barcode is not listed and it won’t let me enter information or ask questions. About the only thing I can do is look at class schedules. It won’t let me manage subscription or anything else.

It's a good basic app. I schedule my classes into my good calendar and you can check your plans status and things like that.
Tracking when I attend

When I scan in at the front desk it doesn’t sync to the app regularly. Some times it does it immediately, sometimes later that day, and sometimes not at all. I have a corporate account and have to attend a set amount of days each month to keep my discounted membership. However, when it’s not properly tracking the days I attend aren’t registered. I only use the app to scan in and sign up for classes. Hopefully things will be changed soon.

This app is infuriating it signs you out at the most random times and then when you enter the correct login information, an ambiguous error occurs saying you need to “verify email and password information”. It then won’t let you change your password either. I’ve had to turn around and leave several times because the app won’t open and let me scan into the gym and I didn’t have my fob. Please fix it!
