I’m a blackjack player. First anyone that says it’s “rigged” or a “scam” is just a sore loser. The game is perfectly fair I definitely do my fair share of losing, but I catch my streaks too. It’s the same as in a casino. Main reason I’d recommend is customer service. I had two issues that were addressed immediately and they were very polite and friendly. Very comforting to know that they will answer immediately when you have questions about money.

I was excited to play but when I tried to make my deposit the game froze I took normal precautions. Closing the app out checking my phones connection and trying again and still froze. I spoke with customer service they were nice but I feel like they could have offered complementary money for the games mis hap!

I took a chance, but got ripped off. Paid $50.00, supposed to get $10 bonus and guaranteed bet. Got neither, just ripped off. Go somewhere else

Very slow service and disconnects

I will admit they have some really good slots. My issue is support they are very slow to pay out a withdrawal and games disconnect way to often. There are better ones out there and no other one takes 4 days to even process a withdrawal.

Errors everytime I play

The first errors I encountered was in baccarat with the score board not reading and they said the scoreboard never reads the first hand and they are aware of the issue. The next time I played I had multiple dealer mistakes in blackjack. From dealing to phantom spots to dealing after the cut card. Add in connectivity issues and the online version isn’t for me.

this is without question the dirtiest casino app there is. i don’t mind losing. it’s gambling after all. but this doesn’t even make an attempt to hide the fix. i love to play blackjack. according to the statistics provided it should return upwards of 99%. the dealer makes the most preposterous hands you can only laugh. you get your ever loving backside kicked. you start playing like a lunatic because you don’t want to hit because you will break almost every single time. again, no effort to hide it; there’s just a face card slapped on you relentlessly. i’ve never seen so many crazy combinations of 21 that the dealer manages. i’ve seen nothing different from the slots. the most insane part of all is you keep trying because you believe at some point it’s going to have to pay something. pleaseeee. don’t fall for that trap. you will not win a dime
