I have played many gambling apps for fun. You know how you gave money and feel like “well, with 96% payout, I have to get some money back”. Nothing, zero, zilch, nada! Been trying to withdraw via numerous methods and have been trying for over 3 weeks. They will ask you for a bank statement, picture of debit card, etc. and STILL won’t let you withdraw. This casino/Sportsbook has awful service, you’re better off going with any competitor: FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesar’s, etc. really anyone other than them. Awful app, save yourself the time.

I recently went from an android to an iPhone and let me just say with the newest update the app is terrible. I can barely log in and have to delete the app, shut my phone and turn it back on to redownload the app and sometimes it works and most of the time it don’t. I don’t know what’s going on with GN but it’s becoming extremely frustrating. I have voiced my concern but it seems like they still cannot fix the issue. I’m about to leave after nearly 4 years of playing online with them.
