Terrible Mobile Deposit

Ok for making transfers between accounts but awful when trying to make mobile deposits. The images never get accepted the first time and sometimes don’t get accepted at all.

At some point between when I last used the app and now, pasting into the password field was disabled. This renders the app completely unusable. This is 2018. If you honestly think I use passwords that I remember for any service, you’re insane. I use randomized 64 character passwords for everything and let 1Password take care of remembering them for me. Disabling paste means there’s no way for me to log into the app. I know I’m not alone here. What’s worse is that password fields let you paste into them by default, which means someone had to go out of their way to disable this, I’m guessing in some misguided attempt to make things more secure. For the love of all that is good and holy, please re-enable pasting into the password field and make your app useable again.
Mobile Deposit Needs Manual Photo Option

The mobile deposit feature rarely works and it’s one of the only reasons I use the app. The app automatically takes the photo before the camera has had time to focus, then I get an error that says the image is unclear. Would really appreciate a simple option to take the photo myself instead of having to rely on the trigger-happy app doing it automatically.

Love the new and updated UI, looks very clean and organized. Would love it if you added Face ID and made the aspect ratio compatible for the iPhone X to get rid of the black bars!
Accepts Gov checks!

Update: Got the check deposit working. Government checks do work. My problem was because it had a slight tear it would deny it. Lady at the bank told me to tape it so there is no gaps and it worked perfectly. Also support desk is amazing and quick to respond. Excellent service.
New update won’t allow check deposit

The most recent update won’t allow you to do a mobile deposit. I’ve shut off my phone twice and closed the app several files and it still won’t work.
Can no longer paste passwords at login!

At some point the app stopped allowing users to paste passwords at login. This makes it very difficult for those of us who use a password manager program and have very long passwords with upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Even to set up Touch ID on the Golden1 app you cannot paste a password. This seems like it would encourage people to use shorter and less secure passwords that are easy to type instead.
Can’t log in

Since the last update I can’t log in. It won’t allow my password to be pasted. I’ve attempted several times to type it in manually but it still won’t log in. I even set up the ios11 password app - it filled it in for me - and it still doesn’t work!
