I like this revamped version of the app. It’s less clunky and finally up to date for the iPhone 6+. Golden 1 should do a better job at keeping up with technology since it’s a large credit union. Now I hope that they can update it for the iPhone X.

The app is good but why even add fingerprint login when it doesn’t even work!! Fix it please! I’m meant to say when I click on the finger print option it does not respond i already set it up it worked two times but since it does not respond

App seems very unstable; crashes repeatedly when opening check image and transactions. Used to be so convenient to use; not any more. ☹️

Using an iPhone the app no longer allows me to paste my credentials at login. This makes the app totally unusable as my credentials are very long and complex and stored in a separate repository. Also on an android phone the scrolling feature to review entries in my accounts continues to repeat several days over and over and over again and will not go further back. It will then show the wrong account entries as I switch between accounts, showing the initial account data no matter what account I select. You have ruined a completely good mobile app.

Just updated my golden 1 app and still couldn’t get in. It still said invalid character for password. Password is fine on web browser but not on my iPhone app.

Definitely behind on tech. Just added Touch ID, but Face ID is needed for the iPhone X. Still glitchy outside of that too. ?

I updated the app today March 1, 2018 and now I can’t log in to my account. Please fix, unhappy

I can now log back into the app thanks for updating. Golden1 is a great bank, have some problems and they fix them right away.

This great Credit Union’s app has defiantly made progress from where it was only a year ago. The app is much more user friendly and more competent in comparison to the website.
