Bought a coin pack with Amazon coins when it was loading to the app your app froze up and I never got the coins. Contacted the company after an hour of searching for contact info and have yet to get an answer. Coins or a refund please!

How can I play this game if the screen keeps going pink with coins popping everywhere and I can’t even claim my coins or play my game,,,it has been going on for a while,,,first I thought it was my tablet but I have other games and the issue doesn’t happen with them,,,so how can I buy any coins if I’m not going to be able to play,,,I have lost so much of my coins n when I win or try to claim,,,poooop,,there goes the screen again,,,have to get off the game and turn it on and off,,,but guess WHAT,,no coins have I received ,,please fix the problem,,if not I can take it off,,I really like this game,,,thank you,

I uploaded this game after I saw advertisements with huge hits thinking this game will be fun but boy I was so wrong and disappointed. I think I lasted only 15 minutes and all chips are gone. All I got is pop out with offers to buy, are you really thinking that I will buy without having any fun at first. Unbelievable Hits are so rare and they are fractions of the bet. I was betting one million and hitting only 40 k or nothing until all chips gone. Unbelievable greed. At least other games let you play for one day with some hits to attract you to the game. This is not fun at all. Deleting. .

...is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. At least in a real casino you have a real chance of winning. After this recent update, this virtual casino - which used to be fun - is nothing more than a money grab. Minimum bets range from 200,000 to over 5 million per spin, which is fine on the surface since their packages come with 300 million chips but it’s not a bargain since the SLOTS DON’T PAY!!! And they got rid of the Star Trek game. Buying their packages even though they aren’t expensive is a waste of money because these purchases add up. Waste of time. Better to read a book.

Only time game gives you a bonus or anything back is when you purchase. You get some nice bonus plays after purchase, but then it quickly eats through your purchase.
