I loved this game until you had me update. It made me loose mermaids cove. I want it back! Please it is my favorite! Please please please!

I have been playing this game for years and love it. BUT in recent months, changes have been made and it no longer computes your winnings properly. It certainly computes your bet properly but not winnings, especially daily bonuses. I don’t know what happened, it has been since they gave us more money do that we could make larger bets and supposedly larger winnings but that hasn’t happened either. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a fun game but play it like you are playing with your own money!!

I absolutely love the games offered in this app. Many of them are my games of choice at casinos. I’m not grumbling because I couldn’t win, rather, I’m grumbling because it seems to be incredibly difficult to ever win. I have better luck at a real casino than on this game. Can’t count how many times I’ve hit bonus in a game and finish with a win barely covering my bet. That’s not right. If they’re using the same generators and odds tables the real machines use, I’m the luckiest guy ever in a casino. I get they’d like to earn income from the game, and I applaud the work that went into this app. I would have no problem supporting the developers with some real coin for play ones, but not if it’s just going to go down the drain with no opportunity to ‘stay in the game’. Count me out as there are better options out there.

I recently made a small purchase to add some coins to my account when I knew I was going to be sitting around a lot with nothing to do for a few days. I never received the coins credited to my account. My bank statement shows the withdrawal. My iTunes account shows the purchase was processed. I've sent a support email. Still......nothing! This app is run by theives. The amount I spent isn't enough to make a legal matter over, but I will blast them on Facebook and other applicable social media platforms until my money is refunded or the credits are added to my account! Once this is remedied, I might think about changing my review to a three star, at best.

Be very careful. Your casino money will disappear. first time i thought maybe I just forgot. Second time I took a snapshot prior to closing app. Yup it was magically at 3 mil when i had originally had 300 plus. They also didn’t add a jackpot win to my funds. Time to delete.
