Helping for raising fund in emergency

I used to donate small fund to people who need a support multiple times and this is first time I used this source to raise fund for my family member for emergency operation and it helped me a lot to get help from my friends and people are close to me over social media.
Needs an update or something!

I’m rating a one star, because I don’t even know what the app is like. I’ll tap on it and it won’t load anything, like seriously, anything. It’s basically just a white screen. I can barely make out the tabs at the bottom, I’ll tap the one on the right side, the screen goes black for a second, and then I’m back on my home screen, out of the app.

Doesn’t let me start a fundraiser..keeps saying error..customer support pretty much tells you to figure it out yourself..tell them that a 3001 error keep popping up no matter what I do. Still no help..if I could put zero stars I would
