No way to contact customer service, takes forever to get your money & you have a ”2-5 day process” but it’s been a week and my moms funeral is tomorrow and I still don’t have the money ? don’t do this stupid app.

Have been trying for DAYS to create an ACCOUNT but these scum refuse to allow me to CREATE A PASSWORD!!! Oh yeah, it will accept donations NO ONE CAN GET TO. And NO ONE can be BOTHERED TO HELP ME. PIECE OF SH?T!!!

Kinda glitchy. App wouldn’t allow a number of people donate and refunded money for unknown reasons, including myself. Gofundme asks for tips when people donate and make it sound like that’s the only way they make money but then take over 3% at the end.
