Free version is worthless

Chris Desatoff

I’m a huge fan of Brian Tracy...been reading his books for years. So I was excited to come across this app. After spending half an hour setting up the goals and milestones, it blocks me from adding actions/routines — unable to continue unless I pay $2.99 a month or whatever. I haven’t even used the free version for one hour and it’s already forcing me to upgrade! I’m sorry, but what’s the point? You can’t even do anything with this app unless you pay. Very disappointing. There are other free apps that are much more useful. Sorry, Brian. Deleted. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER COMMENT — that is correct, but the app is still not very valuable for me. I found another app that lets me set as many goals as I want for free.

Perfect Goal Setting App

I am also using the Habits Wizard app but the Brian Tracy videos in this app are excellent. I have already upgraded to Advanced to take advantage of the additional content the app offers. The process it takes the user through is very thorough and after the initial set up it is all about the daily execution of my plan.

I love the new updated version! It’s so easy to review my goals and stay in track now.

Close to 7 habits

A Prudent Wife

The closest I’ve seen to Steven Covey’s 7 habits book. But they should do an update to allow you to plan around your roles (etc. manager, dad, husband, friend, church volunteer) like Covey does. ****Review edited and rating changed to eliminate my mistaken assumption about their pricing as noted by developer. Thank you for pointing out my mistake. ****

I Love Brian Tracy

I am using many of the Success Wizard apps and find them very effective for me. With every update there are new features and functionality which I really like. They even implemented one of the features I suggested. The last Goals Wizard update is awesome with so many improvements and enhancements. The new design is beautiful and intuitive. Excellent tool and highly recommended for anyone that wants to control and direct his/her own life.

Great app that really helps with focus

Update 12/20/2017 I’ve been playing with all the success wizard programs and will be switching to their Productivity version. Basically, Goals, Success and Productivity are 90% the same. Success adds a personal habit section. Goals has Brian Tracey videos and a longer initial interview section. But you can get Brian Tracey videos on YouTube so I didn’t need them in an app. The other difference is cost and online material. Success and Goal only have subscription options. $25/year. Not too bad considering their web version is $20/month with discounts for longer subscriptions. Productivity offers a one time payment of $23 which convinced me to switch. I’ve already gone through the basic stuff with Goals so I didn’t feel a need to keep a $25/year subscription. If you need more hand holding, try a subscription for a few months but overall, all these apps are the same. I wish Success Wizards had just come out with a single app and you could unlock features with an in app purchase and offer a subscription if you needed more guidance. I found it confusing to go through all their apps to determine there is very little difference. Old review This is a great app to help you really thing about what is important to you and define meaningful goals. These get broken into mid and short term milestones. I would offer some suggestions to the developers though. 1. Tasks can be assigned to goals but not mid or short term milestones. I think it would be helpful to allow this. 2. The calendar needs work. Planning and scheduling your day is a critical feature for success. While you can pick a time for a task you can't specify the duration. The calendar granularity is also too rough when you view it. You should be able to break your day into 15 minute blocks. The only other comment is the company that developed this app seems to have several others that look exactly the same but are simply rebranded. They also have different subscription rates if you want the extra paid options so do some shopping.

Insightful and effective app

Goal Settings for both beginners and advanced users. This step by step process helped me realized what I really want and guided me to create a plan to achieve it. Everything I need to manage my daily life while working on my long term life goals. I am using the app for over two years and made incredible progress since I started. Happy to see the new design that was just released. It looks great and has so many new options. Very practical and effective program.

Achieving my goals

Joe Cardinelli

I'm setting better goals, and achieving them too. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I’ve been using this app for over a year now, and I’ve been able to achieve or make progress on all of my most important goals. I’ve formed lasting habits that I’m actually proud of, and I have a new sense of purpose! Also, the new redesign is great. Keep up the good work!

please fix: won't even open, slow before that

Junk won't open since you updated it, was slowest ever app before that. Overall most time consuming app ever. Please fix the product I paid for. Thank you.
