Don’t believe the trial offer

SuueBee

They say you have 7 days to try the service free of charge. I cancelled my membership within 3 days and was told I could get no refund. False advertising. Shameful

I don’t really leave reviews...

But this is a great app for goal setting, GTD, changing habits, journaling, and so much more. Very good app!

The BEST goal achieving method ever made!

Aventurero

I found this because I was getting tired of having a hybrid system of goal planning. I was using Michael Hyatt’s FFP and it’s great but if visibility is the key to achieving your goals, paper planners just don’t cut it for me. This incorporates the best out of all productivity philosophies, bravo!

Lame

I love Brian Tracy and his little speech in this app but it’s not very user-friendly and sort of impossible To figure out what to do because there is not a tutorial on how to set things up

Goals tracking app that doesn’t track goals

nogdog21

Daily activities don’t actually track toward your set goal hours. Basically I have to write down which days I’ve completed which activities and then go back and update the app which sort of defeats the entire purpose of using an app to track your goals... I don’t know how they could have missed this functionality

I really want to love this app

First, why I want to love it - There is a theory and method behind the system of setting goals that makes sense, has been tested over time, and is powerful and motivating. - There is calendar integration that sends you daily reminders of what your daily targets are via email: this keeps me connected to my goals and coming back to the app. - There is a lot of support for the app in the App Store - There’s a deep knowledge base available when you subscribe to the premium content, which I did. But here’s the problem, the actual user interface where you set up your goals is unintuitive and frustrating. Here’s what I mean. I’m a visual person. I need to see things to understand them. The goal setting and tracking interface is structured like an excel spreadsheet that captures your data. And as we know, apps love data, data is what this is all about. But people don’t think like apps and spreadsheets make me want to chew the walls. My goals are constantly shifting because I’m constantly learning and adjusting them, but when I tap in to my goal “cell” to edit it, it doesn’t expand. I can’t see the whole text, just the last line of it. Which means, I have to copy all that text and switch to a text editor to edit it outside the app. When you are setting up the goals there are all these data capture fields that mean nothing to me. Target Value, Starting Value, Unit? I have no idea what to do with this. I understand that goals need to be measurable, and I would dearly love the satisfaction of being able to measure my progress over time, but this is so opaque to me. It’s trying to be applicable to every possible scenario, and I’m supposed to know what my specific scenario is in the universe of scenarios. It assumes I’m more of an expert than I am. It would be more helpful if there were a couple of categories of most likely goal possibilities, then shepherd me down that path and make these choices for me so I don’t have to. Finally, the check boxes have a kind of visual language that I don’t understand. There was a rounded rectangle with a “p” in the middle of it. I was looking for a way to edit the goal and I tapped that by accident and it disappeared. Oh, that was a check box! It didn’t look like a checkbox, I thought it was a bullet. Where did it go? How do I get it back? Who knows. Anyway, I’m getting frustrated with this and even though I’ve pre-paid for a year’s subscription, I’m going to look for other options because I spend more time thinking about how the app works than I do about my goals, and who has time for that? I hope this feedback is helpful, I’m not trying to be a jerk, just giving you my real experience. I’d love to use this system if only it was more usable.

Incredible App!

Mapthinker

It is FAR more than a Goals App!! You can keep notes in a journal, set your intentions for each day, AND manage all your ToDos. That is on top of it being an incredible goals App!

Only three?!

chray75

The free version only allows for three long term goals. Not worth it.
