Very frustrating when you try to use and it does not work. Or when it randomly resets and you can not remember your password. I feel that there is just always issues!
New version of app is terrible!

I loved the old version because it was so easy! This version makes me pick a payment method every time, and only allows me to use one of the three choices, despite having entered info for all of them when I set it up. It only allows me to use Masterpass, which makes me set up a new password every time, which is beyond frustrating. Nothing about this update makes this app better.

Unethical scammers

I went with a friend in her car and parked using this app. I put in her plate but the app processed it under my plate which we didn’t find out until she got a ticket. I called to explain and ask if I could dispute the ticket and the lady said “yeah the app does that and switches it back to the app owners plate but they won’t dismiss it”. This is a known issue yet they are still taking people’s money both for the parking then again for a ticket! Pretty unethical if u ask me!
App randomly resets and erases info

This app is garbage. It randomly signs you out and erases your card information, thus forcing you to manually enter your info all over again, repeatedly. Completely defeats the purpose of “saving” you time.

If you pay in person with a meter and request a receipt it does not print the meter 4 digit identifier.
