Keep getting pkg tickets

I have gotten several parking tickets EVEN THOUGH I pay through this app. Please figure out why the parking authority isn’t receiving info from you that I paid. Last week I was walking toward my car and a parking authority employee was taking a picture of my license plate. I asked him what was wrong and he said I had not paid for parking. I HAD PAID FOR PARKING. Not only did I pay for parking but I still HAD 37 MINUTES LEFT BEFORE MY PARKING EXPIRED. I showed the parking employee my app with 37 minutes left and he showed me on his machine that I had not paid. This is getting old. Please fix this. I’m going to have to delete the app if this cannot be remedied.
Problem with app

Starting in January, I have to reboot my phone every time I want to use the app. I have deleted and reloaded the app with no change

They were not only incompetent enough to get hacked but also nice enough to not respond to my emails about getting an error when trying to change my leaked password! The city of Pittsburgh has been fleeced.
Can’t edit existing credit cards

I have followed all the instructions but Can’t change my credit cards. I even tried the mobile help login which also didn’t provide any useful information. This app is very dysfunctional
