The app is solid; I have no problems and it’s easy to use. I look forward to seeing more features, namely the market place.

It doesn't have access to guilds, which is about the only thing I use anymore. The images in dress up page are pixelated. Everything looks big and in your face and it's all a little ugly and bulky. I can't figure out how to or if it's even possible to access my inbox. The format in the forums is completely messed up with all the text so close to the left that it's difficult to read. There's a ton of issues and it honestly feels like it was shoved out the door halfway finished. It most certainly prioritizes Gaia cash and makes gold shops hard to find. And the home page is a bulky mess. I was honestly expecting something better than the old app by the way this was hyped up, and I'm more disappointed in myself for getting my hopes up than I am with Gaia for shoving out this poorly made app. It loads nicely though, so it's got that going for it.
Limited but quality beta that affirms the right outlook for the app

This app is still very limited, but what It delivers so far demonstrations a commitment to quality. I’ve faced almost no bugs for the features that are supported so far. I am patient to wait for the addition of major features if they can also be released with this level of quality. Some feedback on what is currently available: 1. The phone keyboard pops up constantly while browsing the forums, such as when you jump pages. This often starts happening after I have replied to a thread, and just pops up on every page thereafter as I browse. It should only pop up when you are actually using a text entry field (post replies). This for me is the most frustrating constant, a sit interferes with my ability to browse topics and read replies without having to constantly swat the screen. 2. There’s needs to be a better way to Navigate “Back” through the forums when you have entered a topic. Gaia threads can be very long, and scrolling all the way back to the top just to tap the arrow is very frustrating. Perhaps adding it to the bottom bar next to subscribe and reply? 3. I’d also appreciate a means that allows you to jump back to the top of the page on threads. The Most Immediate Related features I would like to see: 1. I would like an announcement tab next to the bulletin. It don’t need announcement pop-ups, but having a way to see a list of what’s showing up throughout the day would be useful. 2. Notifications for post replies, quotes. Subscribed thread updates would be useful but are not as integral to me on mobile. 3. Spoiler tag expansion. People use this tool a lot and not being able to open them interferes with thread reading.
Glad to see Gaia trying to come into the modern day!

There's a lot of features missing in this app though. Private messages, profile access, guilds, etc. I'll need these on the app if they really want me to start using Gaia and this app regularly.
No marketplace, no satisfaction

The marketplace is my main entertainment from Gaia, then forums (art related sub forums in particular which also aren’t present), and the dressing room (which is too bulky to navigate the many items I have). Otherwise the forum style is smooth and not bulky, and the dressing room scrolls smoothly, but I wish I could have 10 items to a row and stack my duplicates as an option button or something due to the small size of a phone screen (but I know that could get tricky when trying to wear multiple of the same item). What is present here, however, is much improved from the old app, please keep working at it. Improve these and I will change this rating for the better.
Good App, Missing Key Features

This app makes viewing Gaia online simple and mobile-friendly, but it's missing a lot of the key features of the browser version. I would love to see the full Shops, Guilds, and My Gaia tabs available on this app, but unfortunately it only has the Cash Shop and Forums. This app is good at checking the latest Gaia news, making simple forum posts, and changing your outfit. That's it.

I tried it out and here are the things I have found. Shops - way better than the other app, they arent too hard to find and if I keep scrolling down I will eventually keep seeing morr and more items to buy. only annoying thing is when you add to cart and buy it sends you to main shop menue so you have to go back to the shop and scroll scroll scroll to get back where you left off. Inventory - I think its much better than the last app, and I especially like the closet feature that makes it easier to get to saved outfits. Forums - Navigating the forums to get to the chatterbox was easy enough, I like it much more than the last app but there is a problem, when you scroll to the bottom of the first page of a users post, the forum glitches and takes you to the last page of the post, so i can never see all replies in the first post, the bottom replies when you scroll to them it will immediately take you to the last page of the forum. Its really strange and it bugs me, thats the only reason I did not give this app alot of stars.

There’s no marketplace so that’s sad. I like the forum, makes it fun and less daunting to scroll through. Character customization character avatar could be bigger and items smaller. The items pixels are so big, they look blurry. When using the ‘hanger’ tab it only lets you unequip items, it doesn’t let you change the poses/colors. Character customization item list needs paper numbers. It’s like scrolling through infinity trying to get to the bottom. Hmm would be nice if I could swipped left or right and it would go to the next page of forum or items. Overall the layout/color is nice. Other than scrolling through forum maybe, I wouldn’t use it too much.

Already better than the old app but I think it would be much more appealing if this app added some of the games or if Gaia had a stand-alone game app to work alongside this one. Also PLEASE add iPad support!
