I travel often from NYC to Alexandria, VA. Best bus service by far. Whenever I took greyhound the bus was always hours late and I mean 2-3 hours late leaving port authority. I found GoBus and have used it ever since. Decent pricing, very easy ride, they try to stick to the schedule and have water for all costumers on board! Not to mention they have multiple stops outside the larger cities. Would recommend to everyone!
Can’t book tickets from Tysons VA

App is straightforward but for some reason I can’t book tickets from Tysons VA to anywhere. Makes it pretty much useless for me. Please fix this.

The bus was supposed to arrive destination at 8pm. But the bus stopped in the middle of nowhere (2 hours from destination) at 8:30pm. Then the driver said his hours were up and let more than 30 passengers to go home by our own means. I called the company and they had no clue. I called 911 and then a state police officer arrived. Eventually they found a new driver and got us to the city. I arrived home at mid night. This was literally the most terrible bus service I ever had. I will file a lawsuit against them.

Got the app right after buying tickets online. Shows me my RSVP’s, where to go for pick up and a lot more. The email and even online isn’t as informative as the app.
Great service n the driver is the captain of the ship.

Perfect timing, thought Greyhound is the backbone of the us trasportation but they are in competition n Go bus is the pioneer.Wish them all the best, n they are beating their limit, ofcourse I will go my next vacation or break with go bus, hope and pray that my next travel with that same driver bcoz of his hospitality service n friendshipness,forgot to ask his name of the captain but he is arabic decent so far i remember he is from Egypt. Bless him n his family keep America rolling.

It’s Sunday the Bus is late, it 92 out. The family isn’t happy. The ride from DC to NYC was overly bumpy. Needs better shocks and struts. WiFi was just OK. I scheduled a 7:30 time and they didn’t have me on the list. I scheduled a 9:30 return and they switched it to 11am.

Go bus is the best bus ride ever. From New York to Manassas Virginia very smooth ride my children loves it and look forward for another ride.
