Simple + Accessible

Nichanton

The app is smooth, easy to navigate, and has all the options. For a smaller bus company, their app rocks.

Unnaceptable rewards program problem

Marcos Tedrus Bento

The overall app is satisfactory. However, every time I access the app I lose 4000 rewards points (have also checked with other customer, who is facing the same problem). Customer service simply don't answer emails and concerns raised in over 5 emails sent. Simply don't use the app anymore.

Ticket to Ride

RockyBuff

Rode GoBus for first time yesterday Cambridge Alewife to Manhattan. Check in with app was easy and streamlined. No paper ticket. Gene was an excellent driver who thanked us for choosing GoBus. 3.5 hours later which included 15 minutes at the Newton stop, we pulled into bus area one block SW of Penn Station. Couldn't have been easier. Try it!

Works great!

Love it! Awesome value. At times the buses feel cramped but I'm not arguing. Staff friendly. Kudos to the owners!

Great app and check-in

Quest NYC

App is great. Remembers the right amount of your info to avoid constantly re-entering each time. Makes buying a ticket super quick and easy. Courteous service and drivers. Bring a jacket as the AC is frigid.

crashes often

clean interface, but the app crashes anytime i want to view any of my trips :/

Give these guys all of your dollars. Now.

Seriously, I've been traveling back & forth between BOS & NYC frequently the last year. The app is fantastic takes all of about 30 seconds to book a journey. Interface is clean, easy to understand & logical. But that's not why they get 5 stars. These guys handle they business. I've encountered delays, cancelations, weather & all other manner of travel nonsense & while any of those things could be a recipe for nightmare, they handle it. Bolt bus has canceled & stranded me. Greyhound fares about as well refusing to refund, reschedule or even make an effort to help. These guys will get you where you need to be. If there is an issue they send and email to let you know what's up & how to proceed. More then anything this is a review of the fine gent's running this operation. The call center & dispatch are closed evenings & weekends. All of the others leave you stranded. These guys, you walk up to the gents on the curb & they handle it. I really hope y'all are paying them well cause you're so on to something.

Usability an issue at times

It works as you would expect most of the time with the exception of cancellations. It has been almost impossible for me to cancel a reservation through the app and depending on the time the inability to cancel remotely may result in an unused trip (aka wasted money). The ability to change the time of a trip day of through the app would be a godsend because customer service is not always available (never on the weekends). Also since the last update I have noticeable seen the prices change or shift depending on the round trip period (date you will leave - date you will return) entered as well as limitations in accessing prices for trips 3days past the entered date. It was better before.

Great IDEA, but has serious bugs

Isabella33337

Every time I try to view one of my tickets, the app closes. I've exited and reopened, I've downloaded the app updates... not sure why this STILL isn't working, but it sure takes the convenience out of what otherwise could have been a great app.
