The color effect apps don’t appear on my iPhone settings? This app says if ur using iOS 6 to get to private settings but it’s not showing up on my settings at all? All my other apps are in my settings except the color effect and this app?

I had to have my dad help me get it back to the pen it was very weird I would say I just rated 5 to remove the water mark? WTH IS A WATER MARK ITS SO UGHHHHH AND WHEN I USE TO COLOR IT IT WOULD MAKE GO OUT WHERE MY APPS ARE RUNNING!?! Okay now that I think it’s terrible horrible for kids like me
