Can’t save photos – Glow Draw - paint, doodle, color on camera photos with light and share via email, Instagram and Twitter Review

The color effect apps don’t appear on my iPhone settings? This app says if ur using iOS 6 to get to private settings but it’s not showing up on my settings at all? All my other apps are in my settings except the color effect and this app?
