Doesn’t Work

All I get is a message saying required certificate not found. Same certificates that worked on previous version. Bring back the old version that worked!
Push notification 2FA failure

Application times out before 2FA push notification arrives. Completely unusable. The only way 2FA works is if it requires an OTP prompt. This worked properly in the previous version.
This software is a disaster!

No option for saving password? Are you serious guys? I don’t want to put my password all the time I want to connect! Also, there is no option for connect on demand. It disconnects after Cellular-WiFi handover and does not connect back automatically.

This app is a disaster. After installing, I had no cellular or Wi-Fi connection at all. The app kept prompting for me to sign in. I signed in and it wouldn’t connect. It works on my Mac, so I know it’s not my account or access. It kept switching on the option to connect on demand. While on, it was connecting to VPN even though I wasn’t accessing any services that require VPN.

It doesn’t work at all. On the pc it works great. But on the iPad and note 5 I have, it doesn’t work. Please fix.
Times out before MFA connection

The legacy app worked great with MFA (DUO). This updated app will not connect as it waits for approximately 10 seconds before timing out, not giving the user a chance to approve the push to login. Also, there is no setting to change the timeout value.

I’m sick of apps that continually dumb down their interfaces to the point where you only have 1 or 2 options. If I could give this app negative stars I would. Give me back the old GlobalProtect which was still crappy but not this bad!!!!
Old version was better!

Same certs worked on old version without issue. This version is completely useless and ‘legacy’ version is broke on ios12. Wish I could rate 0
Authentication error

Always has authentication error no matter what I do. Old version worked fine.
