1. Audio cuts out when another source plays audio. If I have a video in background or timer ends, the global app cuts audio and I cannot get it to work again. 2. Mute button response is slow and voice prompt is not useful. 3. Cant switch on mute when host hasnt called in 4. Switching between wifi and lte is not good. 5. Cant see caller names in call, can only see their phone number Please fix these issues. I do prefer this over phone call system but there are some major issues.

The app works but has a major flaw. It shows the phone numbers of the people who have called into the conference call, but it won't show their names if the phone numbers in your contact list include a plus sign (+) before the country code (such as +1 or +86). However, for anyone who calls international teams, the phone numbers in your contact list must have the plus sign before the country code. Please update the app to show names when a plus sign is present.
Cannot join meeting via callback

Since updating to iOS 11, I am no longer able to join the meeting via call back. When the voice prompts for me to “press 1 to join meeting”, the app does not recognize that I have pressed 1 regardless how many times I press. No issues with joining via data connection. Like I said, this only happened after I upgraded to iOS 11.

I am still getting familiar with this app. I found it simple and intuitive and am excited to use it.

I was able to successfully join a meeting and hear the audio, but am unable to access the visual. I initially had difficulty connecting to the meeting, but when I got in everything was clear

Entering passcode was brutally difficult and once entered the Dial in doesn’t connect anyway.
