I love the convenience of meeting on the go, but I wish it would show video. I participate in several meetings routinely and this is allowed me to participate when necessarily away from my home office. Even from the doctors office waiting room once!

I began using the app a while ago as a basic dialer. It saved me having to log in to work to find the access code for a given host. It works, but you can't sort the entries so it can take a while to find which meeting you want. When they added ConnectMe and Wi-Fi calling, it was awkward to use but came in very handy when traveling overseas. The biggest problem was the lack of a touch-tone pad - you can't press #, request an operator, mute lines and so on. The second was the setting to mute yourself was buried deep in nested menus. That has finally been rectified and you can easily perform the most commonly used functions. A welcome addition was the ability to transfer the conference between phones. I find it very useful for early morning and evening calls. I would say at this point, I wholly recommend the app to anyone with a PGI account. It's very useful.

Digirg46 This app is very easy to use. I was able to set up a meeting and invite attendees with ease.

When on VOIP, the mute button is unreliable. Needs to allow easier way to sort or reorder the predefined meeting list. Needs a more intuitive way to delete a predefined meeting. Sometimes a VOIP call gets dropped then when you reconnect it gets confused and you can't manage your in-call settings.

When you add a missed call to your contacts on your iPhone it automatically adds +1 to the person’s phone number. This app doesn’t understand that. Therefore it had no idea who is in my conference calls even though all of the people are in my phone book. It just shows phone numbers, not names. There are lots more issues with the app but this one is infuriating.
