Fantastic App!!

I'm a beginner with yoga and didn't think I'd like it or that an app would help me get anywhere, but this is awesome. Everything is explained so clearly as you are going along and the explanation of the poses help you to pay attention to where you might not even realize you are cheating yourself. I enjoy the sessions and am making strides. I highly recommend this app, especially for beginners!

I've enjoyed this app, and since I'm a light user, I haven't had to bump up beyond the free version yet. Great job!

The free version only allows the very basic beginner moves. Everything beyond beginner requires a premium plan.

Easy to follow, explains beginning poses well, music and tone of voice is pleasant. Everything I was hoping for.

I just a newbie to yoga (and flexibility in general), but I really like this app. The videos that accompanies the sessions are clear and the woman who narrates them has a nice voice. Altogether, I easily found my skill level and was quickly able to find a yoga session I enjoyed. Highly recommended!

I don't like that before you can access any of the workouts/videos unless you give a 5 star rating. It just seems unethical.
