I'm normally very tense but I've noticed improvement in how I feel and in my flexibility after a week of consistent use. I'm excited to see how much more I can improve.

There is no way on the app to cancel subscription on your own. I have reached out to get support in every way possible. I have emailed, tweeted, and sent messages through the app and still have gotten nothing. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. There are problems with the app and they don't seem to be getting fixed. It's so frustrating and now worth the money. And I will continue to get billed until I get some help.

There's so many bugs that need to be updated. I paid for a premium subscription and I love it, but I can't post anything in the community section. Whether I want to comment on someone's post, or post something myself, the keyboard is in the way of the post button... the instructor also goes through the poses very fast and you don't get to hold the poses for very long. Could be a 5 star app if they would just fix the issues everyone is complaining about.

I tried one beginner class from this app and I wasn't pleased. I found the voice to be choppy and automatic, such as one you'd hear over a speaker giving instructions. Even the directions were choppy- the yoga sequence was not fluid such as going from wide child's pose directly into downward dog and vice versa. The movements were not always fluid, which I felt made for a disappointing class. For me it was the lack of fluidity that stopped me from really getting into my practice

All poses explained clearly and also you can see them. nice music in the background. I only use this app since I found this treasure. I would buy it if it would be cheaper. But you can see the beginner classes for free
Instructions don't sync with well with videos in advanced classes

Th advanced classes are not synced up. The audio doesn’t make that much sense in terms of flow, and almost never matches the video. I find that what the audio is saying makes absolutely no sense on how to get from A to B. You almost have to watch the video the entire time, which takes the concentration out of your yoga session. The app hasn’t been updated in at least 10 months. This really needs to be fixed especially when requiring users to subscribe to the app to access these classes. However, The beginner and intermediate classes work great!
