I never write reviews and I rarely spend money, but after my experience with this game I had to warn others. I’ve played a lot of free to play games, and in the early stages, this game is fun and engaging. Once headquarters reaches level 10, and your gladiators hit level 3 the game becomes almost unplayable. It’s fine if you can win your matches, but every loss cost you so much in gold to heal your fighters that you quickly go broke with no means of making gold fast. A lot of potential, and I really do enjoy the mechanics, but I can’t recommend a game that hits the pay wall so hard. UPDATE: Do not spend money on this game. After powering through the multiple issues/bugs, because I really do love the game, my son inadvertently deleted the game. If there is an issue and the game is deleted/corrupted the Devs will not keep record of your account unless it is linked to Facebook. I recently had an issue after the Xmas update and lost all my info and I now have lost many hours and dollars worth of work and will not receive an update on my account for a lengthy time. Unacceptable. At this point I have lost everything and have no recourse to regain my lost time or money. Very disappointed in the Devs for their lack of accountability.
New town upgrades

I love this game, but I’ve finished almost every upgrade in the game, I have also finished every chapter.. Are you guys adding any new upgrades soon? I’m kinda getting bored since I’ve tapped out.
Crashes!!!

Would love to play but as soon as it finished downloading I opened it and it crashed. I tried around 17 times and each time it crashed 5 seconds after opening it. Hope this gets fixed soon.
No in game support

Two weekends in a row in game support refuses to help with an issue last week they had an issue in their purchasing that locked my Tunes account and suggested I restart my phone... I contacted iTunes and they corrected in ten minutes. This week their item which is supposed to keep you from losing training levels lowered all my gladiators to no training I sent a support ticket and they said we had to wait for the item to wear off... three days before they can fix my account. I’m in a clan war and there’s an event this weekend I can’t take part in because these guys won’t just fix their game. I’m going to be opening a ticket with iTunes to try and get all my spending refunded if they don’t at least try to make his right. They finally responded saying they have a small team but still don’t offer a solution... It’s funny the answered the original post in under two minutes but won’t answer again for I’ve 24 hours... they obviously don’t care about the game only taking what money they can get from their customers. I have asked iTunes for a refund on all purchases and am waiting on the paperwork.
