I have been playing this game for some time and recently received a gift from GH SUPPORT team. Upon receiving the notification in my phone for said gift, I cannot even access the game whatsoever. I get stuck on a screen with the gladiator heroes logo and a spinning loading icon in the bottom right corner and that’s it! I cannot get past this screen. I’ve tried resetting my phone as well as closing the app and nothing is working! Please help! I can’t contact support because I cannot access the game and I cannot claim my gift!

I love this game I’ve never seen a mobile game like it and the new abilities your gladiators can get are amazing i think if they and some way to upgrade the different abilities skills would be great and if there were a few more abilities I had the game back before the healing ability came out and now downloading it again I think it’s a lot better keep up the good work devs

When i first played theme interesting genre..Cool..When you actually play you notice that the gold issues,the replay errors,aweful prizes,the healing processes with ridiculous amount of gold spending to heal vs gold won,the training or upgrading heroes and the probability of winning tougher oponente are 0; then youll see its not worth your time...Y do i delete it? Well i wa trying to give them a chance to fix all there errors...but today came an update yay? Not! I cant even update the dam game .Word of advice shut down the game and remake everything well thought or just dont put out a game to play with so many errors or details to be fixed...Concept was good and grafics interesting but thats it..Not worth more time of gameplay for me sorry i cant even get in game if i wanted cause of the update that never loads ! well done! Cya! Not my system not my internet its all on you creators!

This game never ceases to amaze me by how bad the developers can screw stuff up. This latest “Hot Fix” is a freaking disaster. Every single one of my gladiators training levels was brought down to 0!! That is unacceptable. The amount of time and “gold” it takes to get them trained to the max is ridiculous mainly because it is very difficult to get the resources you need, not just for training, but for everything! This is because the developers made it so you can’t get resources by replaying levels. You are forced to advance in single player, attempt to play the buggy, unfair, and totally not worth it resource wise multiplayer, or build up your production buildings which, unfortunately, can only take you so far. I believe the developers want you to spend money on gems or resources and thus, the reason for the current state of the game. I am so frustrated right now and I know I am not alone. I stopped playing this game for months after the last developer screw up and they refused to support me, and now I am regretting coming back to this game again. The biggest reason for continuing to play was because I didn’t want all of my gladiators to loose their training levels, and now, since the developers took care of that problem for me, looks like I have no reason to continue playing anymore. Seriously do not waste your time on this game unless some major changes take place. You will be saving yourself a lot of time, and most importantly, frustration.

Fun game but the developers aren’t gonna fix anything, they give you training boosters which is supposed to save your training points (which take a lot of gold to get) well what that does is erase all your training points, you message them (a month ago) you get a we’re on vacation bit, month later try a booster again same thing, lose all points and get an all cap response saying don’t use them, pretty much an f u we don’t care

In my opinion the pros: -Great artwork and variety of characters -Easy to use interface -Good application of skills and other character traits -Support Staff is friendly and accommodating -Issues are resolved within a reasonable time Now the cons -Every update causes new issues, some highly annoying -Some issues cause game to crash, losing data -In pvp higher lvl characters and ranking opponents appear that greatly outclass you -Some updates don’t download correctly, causing you to restarts and loss all data. Happened to me twice so, this is my first and final review. Overall, good game with great potential just did not work out for me.
