This is really great for quick reviews

Viswanth92

Lot of features are getting pulled into the iOS app. Love using the app to review minor PRs and merge them on the go. Great work

Installing this app will not give you *more* functionality on iOS

SgtPooki

This app has severely limited what I can do with github repos while using my iPad. No forking repos. No following releases only (watching or not watching only). No “find in page” because searching sends you to the global / repo github search. No creating repos. If you are an active software engineer, or user of github, this app will restrict you. Just use your browser.

Well done, room for improvement

Wuubi

Where I used to rely on external tools or a browser to review code on the fly, this app makes it very easy. There is room for improvement with repository discovery and navigation, but if accounting for organizations vs individuals there should be some solutions on the horizon ?

Awesome app.

GitHub for iOS

ChiefKoda

I’m liking it, still wish it was even more versatile and had more options in settings for those who need to manage their account from just their phone.. it’s nice though. Istill learn something new everyday with kuberneties. Update - Universal SECURITY VULNERABILITIES ——SIDE NOTE——COULD USE A HELPIN HAND—- Need to please get help to have my accounts syncing Under one and not nested. I would love to have all the docs in all the right spots and have them in all be the same, for profit and revenue. I’m homeless and would very much like to not live in my car with my dog chiefy. (Chiefy is awesome and I love him so much) That being said I still feel a lil guilty and I’ll give away some code in the future but at this point in time I need income and some help getting organized. I really struggle with that part but I think I make up for it in the discovery department...

Great app but missing some features

superToasted

Overall, the github app feels easy and natural to use. It also looks good and clean which makes it enjoyable to use. Although there are some features that are on web but not on the app which often makes me press “Cancel” when prompted to view in the app. - The lack of the “Wiki” tab is pretty rough if I just want to check on something that was documented - Kind of niche but on Web, github will convert .org mode files to look the same as markdown for READMEs. On the app, it renders it a plain text which makes reading emacs documentation a bit tough Overall good app though and I’m excited to see what to come

Editing

ZeroShot7

I just wish the app would allow editing of files. It would be the perfect GitHub app if that was included
