Disconnect Between Girl scouts and APP

We tried three times to no avail. The correlation between the times / locations on the app and the actual schedule of the girl scouts is poor. Good idea but very poor execution. Chris

Total waste of time trying to go to these locations. Went to several, no one at any of them!!

I finally gave into my cravings & downloaded this app with the hope it would be easy to access cookies. Showed up to my local Rofo & there was no one in sight. Showed up to the next available place, no one in sight. I also checked to make sure the dates where right. I don’t see a specific time frame anywhere. Waste of time & gas.

The Girl Scouts are never at the location that they say they're at. Really annoying

I went to two different locations in a day looking for Girl Scout cookies and they weren’t there. I checked to see if I was at the wrong location but I wasn’t. I was there at the right location, right time, and was super excited to get some cookies. I’m very disappointed.

I’m new to the area and did not know any one from whom I could pre order. I found out about the app from the local news (WFSB) and it worked great! The girls and the cookies were exactly where the app said they would be and I happily supported them. I will use this app again and recommend it to others!

The app helped me find cookies a few weeks ago which was great. Unfortunately, this weekend it started to send notifications every 15 minutes on two separate devices for notification overload. So now the notifications are turned off to stop the madness which defeats the whole purpose of the app to begin with.

The app was never accurate as far as times and places and now that cookie season is over I’ve gotten literally 16 notifications today from the app. Saying thank you for supporting her cookie sales.

I like the concept. But I am getting notifications that sales are ending almost every 30 minutes today. That is ridiculous! Please fix that so that you get no more than one notification per day.

App useful for finding registered cookie booth locations, but we can’t select based on a specific troop if we want to market ourselves. And then, one week from the end of sales, nonstop notifications have started rolling in! 65 identical notifications over the last 18 hours! No notifications sent prior to this. I hope the Scouts aren’t paying per sent message for this! Enough already!
