I fell in love with this website. I just keep coming back for more, the quality, the different and hard to find items is right here, look no further. This website is definitely for those who like to stand out in a crowd with something that’s unique beautiful and different. The prices are fair if you are about making boss moves. This website is for everybody...indulge and enjoy.

I had an item as a Must Have and 2 months later I get an email that I’m being charged for the item and the item is final sale. I have forgotten about it at this point, checked the information and it had my old address as shipping address, I called Gilt 30 minutes after the getting the notification via email asking to change the address and was told they can’t do anything besides putting in a ticket. Got an email the next day saying they were unable to change the address and the package was shipped to the old address. It was a $900 item shipped to an old address, let’s see where it gets but Gilt was unable to help me with anything on this.

Super easy to use especially if u need to buy something in a hurry. That said. Prices could be better and the catwalk is missing for ALL clothing items. Would’ve made this a solid 5 star.

Most Frustrating Customer Service/Return of My Life

I gave 1-star because the app itself is fine. Their customer service however, could not be worse. I ordered a jacket ($500+), got it & it did not fit. Called customer service & asked to exchange the jacket for the next size up b/c the original was too small. They tell me that can be done & they’ll send me a shipping label for the return within 24 hours. No shipping label is sent. I call customer service again the next day. This time they tell me exchanges are not an option with their company, so I have to return, be refunded, and submit a new order. Fine. I do that, finally get a shipping label & request the refund is sent back to my credit card. Re-order the same jacket in the new size (which by this time is now priced $130 higher than the first order), and await my refund. 3ish weeks later & no refund has shown up. So i check the app & notice I now have a Gilt credit for the original purchase price of the first jacket. So now, I will have to make a 3rd call to Gilt’s customer service team to deal with this issue. Unbelievably frustrating- never shopping with this company again. If you order something from these people, hope & pray you do not have to return anything!!!

I have ordered off of gilt for many years now, probably have spent over $20k on a variety of things. Sometimes however I do notice there is flaws in the product, like a dot on a leather jacket or permanent wrinkles in a leather shoe. I think some of the designer things they sell are probably acquired at a discount because the manufacturer noticed a flaw. Kinda like buying a refrigerator with a dent on the side, most people never see it. This is not always the case. That being said I would just be very vigilant in your inspection of the product after you receive it.

A “cashmere” sweater that’s only 10% cashmere and 90% wool is NOT a cashmere Sweater. To make matters worse they take off a nice chunk of money off your return when you choose a credit, or a straight return for your money back so they make money on both ends. They got to keep 32 bucks on a 99 bucks sweater I purchased or almost 30% off the original purchase. NOT cool! They mislead you on the description and then they screw your on the return! Shameful!

Absolutely love Gilt, I recommend it to everyone I know with style. Is to satisfying to be able purchase items that I might not usually would be able to adjust the cost. I also appreciate that they work with local designers and support small business. Gilt Group Rocks!
