Some of GiftPlanner's great reviews:
◉◉◉◉◉ Five stars from techmom2:
"This app does everything I try to do in my spreadsheet and more! I am thrilled. PLUS, the developer is absolutely amazing. I have sent him several emails, and he always responds within a few hours with an incredibly helpful response. I have never bothered to review an app before, but this developer motivated me to do so in the middle of all my hectic Christmas preparations. A++++++++++ for customer service!!"

◉◉◉◉◉ Five stars from knwines:
"This App is my favorite! It's truly a lifesaver to keep on track. It has definitely made the frustration of the holidays cool down. This is great if you've a lot of people to purchase presents for & feel like you're losing your mind. I kissed all of my lists good bye! LOVE this app!"

◉◉◉◉◉ Five stars from Mr. Cold Meister:
"Great to keep track of everything in my gift closet all year long. Can keep track of ideas too. And can sort by status! Purchased, wrapped, etc."

Thank you for the feedback, everyone!

Does what it says and does it well :)

Love this app! I've tried other gift planning apps and this one has the best user interface. Easy to use and easy to find what you are looking for at a glance. Wish it would include a check mark under gifts for gifts received.

Lots of glitches
Turrean

Update Jan. 2016: bug fixes have been great! Changing to four stars. Some repeating events still seem erratic (my husband apparently has had two 52nd birthdays in a row.) But all in all, this has been great, and worth the in-app purchase to upgrade.

Helps sooooooo much! ???? great app GET IT

Ugh

I put in that I bought daughter's watch, on my watch it said no gift. Not that I bought it. Also disappointed it doesn't show what the gifts are and can click them off as you buy them. What's the point with it saying 2 gifts to be bought, ok what gifts. So I have to dig my phone out anyway.

Wonderful app that puts gifting and budget into perspective

This is a wonderful app. I've used similar apps in the past but this one is far superior to others. This app allows you to easily and intuitively add gifts, vendors, recipients and notes quickly and easily. The app also scrubs the web for product pics based on the title you type in the addition of a gift and does a great job of allowing you to track spending per gift and in total and where you are in the process of acquiring gifts. There UI is clean and it appears that usability and good UX were important factors in making this software. The app is solid and even sports Touch ID. I can't say enough good things about this app.

Good enough

More functionality than what's out there from what I can tell. Tracking of birthdays, special events, holidays. You can jot down ideas for your recipients. It's a lifesaver when I get and idea for someone and am able to write it down in the app real quick. "Look and feel" is a bit outdated but it does what it needs to do.

The worst

Still says gifts for 2015! Not helpful!

Would be 5 star if it wasn't so buggy

This app is excellent, except when it's not. It has all kinds of customization features, except they seem not to always update in real time when one makes changes. Then, the app quits spontaneously, and when it reopens, the changes are made. Someone should fix that! (Happens on both ipad and iphone.)

Good but not great
Tostacogio

Good APP, we should have the option to include pictures in the email.

Crazy busy user interface
J.Lev

It's a cool app, but the UI is so overly complicated that it is difficult to navigate. There are way too many options and the overwhelming display of data makes it difficult to determine what's important and what's not.
