I have two stars because I had three bookings. They went well. But then the last booking I had was not real and took money from me. They ended up apologizing for t and refunded. But thought it should be brought to the attention of everyone.

I can’t seem to process payment and when I call staff is unfriendly. I thought my sale is business?

My boyfriend and I decided to travel around Europe, and were excited about visiting so many different cities. The only problem was that we didn’t know what to do in every city...somehow, I stumbled upon GetYourGuide and we have loved it! It provides wonderful ideas and excursions and we’ve noticed that the prices are typically cheaper on GetYourGuide than through the vendor or hotel! I am keeping this app for good.
