This was a waste of time. I got two mobile tickets and when I presented my phone at the window at stein heart aquarium in golden gate park they couldn’t scan the code off my phone so I had to go through a bunch of crap just to get my ticket!!took me about 20 minutes just to get ticket!! A big waste of time!!! This app is terrible!! Never again!!!!

I have two stars because I had three bookings. They went well. But then the last booking I had was not real and took money from me. They ended up apologizing for t and refunded. But thought it should be brought to the attention of everyone. **UPDATE** The event was my fault as I bought it too soon and the hosts didn’t get my info in time for the next day I suppose. But this app is great for exploring where you’re traveling too. Used it primarily on my Germany and France trip. And the tour guides are great. Well in my experience they have been. Especially the ones in Germany. This app is a must use if traveling. Definitely plan on using for my upcoming trip to Iceland and to visit the last city I have to in Germany, Munich.
Your vouchers don’t come through on email wondering if this is a scam? BEWARE!

Still had to stand in long obnoxious lines to exchange tickets purchased thru this app for real tickets. This apps tickets weren’t recognized by venue.

The pocket wifi is the BEST thing you should have when in Tokyo... the connection is very strong, it’s handy and battery charge lasts for more than a day! I ordered for. 7-day service. The unit was delivered to my hotel before I arrived. From Tokyo, Inwent to Shibuya, Shinkuku, and back to Ginza.... I brought and I used the pocket wifi only and my celln phone to navigate my way! Then with the self-address and stamped mail envelope that was provided by the pocket wifi company, I just dropped off the unit at the post box in Narita 2, 3rf floor on the right corner before the Immigration check gate... So convenient! Thank you for the excellent service and the way you do business!

Second party seller that did not even know how to help resolve issues. Barely got the phone number of the tour I wanted to take and the company name wasn’t even on my voucher so I could call direct. Do NOT recommend!!!!
Nice Look, Bad Functionality & Missing Features

Laid out nice and the aesthetic is warm, but there’s no ability to send vouchers to Apple Wallet and you automatically get signed up to receive their emails. Any third party business considering using this e-ticketing / voucher service should strongly reconsider. I love the look though!
