Crashes when taking photo

It's nice to have an easier way to report graffiti, etc. but this app seems to crash of you wish to take a photo *in* the app. If loading a photo from your camera roll, it functions properly.
Seriously, GET IT DONE!

This seems like to be a waste of time and effort. Something to make the city "look" better as if they were actually about to do something. I reported a couple things and nothing was actually done. Haven't even received a response back for one of the reports I submitted. Several of us even called and still... NOTHING! I guess there's only a few areas that San Diego really takes care of. Maybe I should run for office!

iOS v9.3.4 - app now crashes on open. This issue is *well-known* and has been addressed all commercial app developers, but since this is funded by a municipal agency, God only knows when - or if - it will ever be fixed. Moreover - issue reported 60 days ago was "closed" without action or comment as to why. Basically an abject failure.

I have been using the app for several months reporting things I find on my walks that need attention - particularly sidewalks, graffiti, street lighting. IT WORKS. The city has been responsive including feedback on the status of my reports. Everyone interested in their neighborhood should have this app on their phone!

I had no idea this app existed until my son told me today. Love it! Simple to use, free, great use of taxpayer money.

Nice to take a picture and place the report when you have more time. Easy to use, not overly complicated. City responce is useless if you live in a poorer area, seems to work well for the rich folks. Reported 6 to 10 RV's living on the street, dumping sewer in storm drains, littering - 2 or more times a week for 3 months - nothing done. Paint a curb or fill a pot hole 5 stars, otherwise why waste your time nothing gets done.
