Crashing constantly

It constantly stops working or freezes. Usually happens when changing duty status. Wasted 28 mins this morning on a pre trip inspection because it froze. I told my boss this was a bad idea. You get what you pay for. Qualcomm or peoplesnet works the best from my experience
Not a good accurate app

1. This app does not auto switch while driving 2. Does not accurately display exact drive time, time allotted and break time, and hours left to drive 3. Confusing to edit when correcting the app screw up!!
Great app if you like violations

Can’t get the log to transfer. One error after another. Support thinks you have all day to sit on the phone and discuss the hypotheticals. Switches you out of drive when stuck in traffic which I was told was a violation as well. There has to be better apps out there.

I am in downtown Corpus Christi outside full bars on a brand new iPhone and can’t log in. Yes that means it’s your app fix it or pay me to sit here. Little wheel spins for over 10 minutes

In my experience- all the issues I had were by fault of the bosses not setting it up correctly so I couldn’t transfer and because I didn’t read or watch the training- once they did their job and I did mine- no more issues

I dont know how this app have two stars, it should have none, this app is no friendly user at all, and it doesnt have some options that other apps provide such as yard movement and personal convenyance, is a total nightmare. People stay away from this app, i repeat, stay away from this app !!!
