This app is created by a team of high school students, educators, and parents in Texas. It is easy to use, intuitive and most importantly, provides educational content with great illustrations and narrations for students, schools and parents. Narration for the app is done by an elementary school teacher.
Good info, but no touch screen interface for kids. So it asks the question, say, how many lines of symmetry does this shape have? Then you think to yourself, say, 2. You touch the corner to turn the page and it says the answer, say, 3. Them it's on to the next question. There's no place for the student to enter the answer or click on an option, so there's no way for them to follow their progress or be responded to. The makers are very clear that this is educational, not a game. I did not realize that what they meant was there was only content from them for you to read, nothing for students to do. I can't really see the point of making this an app for a smartphone. Kindle makes more sense.
I think this is a good app. Perfect for kids grade K-4. I'm in 4th grade myself and I love this app! You get to learn everything about geometry. Best math app!
Simple and easy to learn with alot of content. Thank you for a very good app
