Take too long and can't listen to your own music

The game is fine, but if I want the game music turned off, I'd like to be able to listen to my own music. I also wish it was much faster after you've selected the right state. I tapped the states just about as quickly as possible, and I got a time of around 4 mins.

I really like this app as a refresher, but where are Alaska and Hawaii? Also, I think it would be more of a challenge if they just listed the capital name and you have to find the state on the map. Overall a fun app if you like US geography (minus AK and HI)...the map is cool but it is a little slow when placing the states.

My child is just learning the 50 states by region. It would be nice to be able to select just those regions that he is studying. That said, I love the app. It's the best I have seen out there for learning the states while having fun.
Where's Hawaii and Alaska?!?

I love this app because you are actually where the difference state are by location rather than by just their shape like most of the other apps. My only 2 complaints are that 1. It's 2 states, Hawaii & Alaska and 2. It takes a little too long after you choose where the state is. Other than that it's great! I also have a few minor suggestions; toggle on/off switch for music and allow to play your iPod music, find states by only their capitals and/or abbreviations, and just a little faster...I don't see how it's possible to lower your time too much because of the apps delay.

great concept. I like the app for learning states...BUT I would like to have Alaska & Hawaii. Also the music is nice, but after 40 states it gets a little annoying. Maybe you could turn it down a bit. I also agree with a few other reviewers, you should list the capital FIRST and the state second, like one would if they were saying or writing it. Or perhaps just list the capital and find the corresponding state. Other than that it is a great app. No issues worth giving it less than 4 stars. :-)

It'd be nice if you would spell Columbus correctly, list capital before states, and include all 50 states, but for a free program, it works.

Great app. Only wish you could score against yourself and not just others. Also, if you choose a state too soon, the map zooms in too slowly & causes you to press on the wrong state, thus marking you wrong. Also slows you down if you're going for speed. But over all, it's one of my favorite apps!

Boy do I have egg on my face! I had previously stated that the capital of Massachusetts was wrong but I guess I don't know my capitals. However, the capital of Ohio is still spelled incorrectly this is a wonderful, wonderful game
