User friendly and efficient

This is probably one of the handiest apps out there. I have had to use this several times and have never ran into any problems. It is simple and convenient to use either from home or when I’m on the go. Highly recommend!
Life is a fax and this makes life pleasant and easy!

On a daily basis I am faxing documents and with Genius Scanned documents I send quickly and easily using Genius fax which is fast and efficient- integration is excellent. I have a detailed copy of the fax, date and time sent. I have used for years and it continues to be my app of choice. Outstanding.
Didn’t receive fax

Tried sending a fax from my phone to myself but never received it. When you hit the didn’t receive fax button it just links you to their FAQ that only tells you to show them the receipt that says it was sent. There’s no way to resend without paying again or get a refund for it not being received.
Great but scanner needs fine tuning

This was my first time using it. I like the flexibility of the app, however the scanner needs fine tuning, it should be able to differentiate the edges of the document better. I use another app for scanning and when I put against a darker surface and provide better contrast, the scanning is immediate and sharp. Pretty good product, I am glad it is available to increase productivity

This is so convenient and easy to do. I do not fax a lot but in a pinch, it’s extremely useful.

This app has really helped me out. Having the convenience of sending a fax from my iPhone is great.
Not clear on cover sheet

It said cover sheet was free. But when I added cover sheet and paid .99 cents for my one page document (2 pages total), it only showed the cover sheet and not my document as though I needed to pay another charge to have my document added. So I bailed on the cover sheet and just sent my doc.
I recommend each App from Grizzly. I have only Fair skills...

Thank you Grizzly. Busy figuring the terms conditions appropriately. All the apps from Grizzly are and have for two years functioned effortlessly -it is the user’s network configuration’s which most often interfere with application functionality. The Genius Fax App is now (crops fingers) effective and efficient timely sending and receiving important legal documents.I am impressed, considering being 58 and in and out of operating effective manipulation on internet faces and devices your apps are, from my experience, easiest for us of minimal skills. Seasons greetings to all across our world planet-pray for gratitude and less resentments - especially I need to participate in my own advice... ha, ha, ha, Merry Christmas, Hanukkah, and all others faith organizations -Happy New Year- especially to the Mental Illness Advocates of Junk Psychiatry.
